Mount Cook is a National Park in New Zealand and is also known as the Aoraki.

It lies on the South island of New Zealand. Mount Cook National park is named after the largest mountain in New Zealand that you can find in this park.
This three peaked mountain is 3,764 meters above sea level.
The National Park covers over 700 km².

Near the National Park there is a small village called Mount Cook village. This village in the winter is the village where the skiers reside.
